An Essential Ingredient for Deep Peace and Mastery​

To master oneself, one must master peace in the present, regardless of current conditions or circumstances. I know this may sound like a tall order at times, but this is what my Spirit Team has to say about it. Enjoy!

When you look upon something that you do not like, and then feel irritation, annoyance, or frustration you are exerting and investing energy. That energy is flowing to the unwanted experience. It is like affirming that the event or condition has power over you, and this is never the case. You always have dominion over your feelings, and how you experience life, because you get to choose how you see yourself and the world. 

Your inner view creates your outlook, and what you see. 

As you grow in spiritual awareness, you come to understand that the source of annoyance, irritation, or frustration, as examples, are never caused by an outside event, or a person’s actions, or comments. Rather, the source of your feelings is always a direct physical manifestation of your thoughts about that external experience. This is always, 100% of the time the Truth, no exceptions.

Therefore, if one is to experience unconditional peace, then one must take ownership of how he/she feels. 

We do understand that this is not always the easiest Spiritual Truth to accept. It may feel more difficult for you if you have been telling yourself a disquieting story for awhile, or have experienced a significant loss. But we promise you, that if you let go of the counter-to-peace story, you will begin to feel better. Keep feeding that peace and you will also learn the essential ingredient to unconditional happiness. To be happy, regardless of external circumstances, requires one powerful ingredient. and what is that? 

A Powerful Ingredient ...

You must see that you are the source of your own peace, your own happiness, your own wellbeing, regardless of outside conditions. 

We are not saying that you should ignore feelings, as they are powerful messengers. How you feel will always be a manifestation of how you are directing your thoughts and perspective. All feelings or emotions have value; they tell you something important. So, do not fight your feelings. Simply notice them without judgment, and receive the message, asking the Higher Aspect of Self — am I cultivating what I want to experience here?

And then choose how you want to feel and therefore what you want to attract and grow in your experience.  

Honor your feelings but do not be a prisoner to them. Choose and be the creator you came here to be.

Bring your focus into your heart breathe deeply and relax your mind and your body completely…

Choosing Peace

Listen and Follow Along Here:

Allow your breathing to slow down gently, and smile. Every time you bring your focus to the breath, every time you inspire, (from Latin inspirare “to breathe or blow into”), you quiet your thinking mind, and open yourself to a Higher Truth, and way-of-being that transcends limiting thought. So as you allow yourself to breathe deeply and relax your mind and body completely, allow peace and tranquility to be in your body and energy field. Invite this in and allow it to expand for you. Bask in this feeling of wellbeing, and rest in it for a moment. You are attuning to peace. Peace. Peace and wellbeing. And now you feel calmer and calmer, more serene, and light. If you notice  any disquieting thoughts, let them go, and simply bring your thoughts back into your breath, smile, and allow your wellbeing to grow. Continue to breathe in wellbeing and ease, and release any constricting feelings. All is well inside wellbeing and ease.  And as you feel peace, I invite you to acknowledge:

I am peaceful now. I am the source. I AM the source, and I can feel peace and happiness any time I choose. I am the source. I am at peace and allow this to grow for me. 

And so it is!

 

When you feel easeful, you are allowing your well-being to grow. When you feel uneasy, you are resisting life itself. For this Universe is built on a foundation of well-being. It is natural and easier to feel good.  

See that you are the source, the creator of how you feel. This is the way of unconditional living and imperturbability, tranquil steadiness, peace. This is something to celebrate, and a path to freedom.
