And often, we carry these things alone.
Not because we don’t have people in our lives, but because we’ve learned to be self-reliant, capable, and composed … and perhaps your consciousness has outpaced that of those currently around you? This doesn’t make anyone superior; we are all where we are. But it can create a support gap.
We have also been conditioned to think clarity comes from figuring things out internally. From thinking harder. From getting it right on our own. Anyone else found themselves in a mental loop? I’ve been there too.
But something different happens when we’re in a supportive shared space.
Not a space where we’re analyzed or need to prove something— but a space where we’re with others of like mind, looking honestly at what’s present and what’s possible.
